Know first.
Decide right.
Sencoris monitors 330+ open sources, qualifies them against your business profile and delivers an analysed report every week — in your language, every signal carrying its clickable source.
Space competence centre — tender for orbital observation services
Consolidation in the European dual-use supply chain
New lot in a GNSS resilience programme
Critical information is not rare. It is scattered.
Public portals, institutional programmes and specialist press publish continuously — but each in its own format, often in a language nobody reads internally. A team cannot monitor everything.
So essential information arrives in three ways: too late, drowned in noise, or never. These are not collection problems. They are qualification and reading problems.
It is the one that, measured against an organisation's exact scope, changes a decision.
Four steps, from raw source to usable document.
Everything that publishes
Specialist media, institutions, public procurement, funding programmes, primary sources. Coverage is continuous, not occasional.
Filtering before sorting
Each item is checked against your profile: weighted keywords, explicit exclusions, corroboration. An isolated signal does not cross the threshold.
What the signal means
The model places the signal, draws the implications and links it to your business. It does not copy the wire: it explains what is at stake.
A document, not a feed
A weekly report in your language, ordered by priority. Each signal carries its source, clickable and verifiable.
Signals arrive already ranked — CRITICAL, IMPORTANT, WATCH — with the value, the deadline and the link to the original source.
A document you can read, challenge and pass on.
The report is not a dashboard you have to interpret yourself. It is a written synthesis: the context, the implication, the angle to retain — and the source to verify.
You can open it in a meeting, circulate it, challenge it. Every statement traces back to its source.
See a full reportZero cloud. Zero leakage. 100 % signal.
No third-party hosted model is involved. The entire chain — collection, qualification, analysis — runs on our own infrastructure in Switzerland. No US cloud, no third-party API, no subcontractor: your sources, profiles and reports remain under Swiss jurisdiction.
One engine, several scopes.
Defence & dual-use
Innovation, demonstrators, research calls, technology transfer, industrial partnerships.
Space
Observation, GNSS, sovereign telecommunications, space situational awareness, industrial base.
Public security
Security markets, regulation, technological developments, awards and positioning.
Environment & territories
Public mandates, impact studies, biodiversity, water bodies, development projects.
Public procurement
Official Swiss and European sources, including awards — an early indicator of trends.
Tailored
A profile is not a form: it is built with you, from your actual scope.

Sencoris is neither an aggregator nor an alerting system. It is a complete chain from raw source to analysed report — and it stops at the threshold you have set.
What the system does
The chain has four operations, executed in this order. Each has a distinct role, and it is the separation between them that produces a usable result.
Continuous acquisition
The system queries open sources continuously: international specialist press, institutional publications, public procurement portals, funding programmes. Duplicates — one wire picked up by several outlets — are merged.
The profile does the sorting
Your profile is a set of weighted keywords, explicit exclusions and thresholds. A signal is kept only if it is corroborated: a single keyword outside the title is not enough to cross the threshold. Subjects outside the scope are discarded before analysis.
The implication, not the summary
The local model places the signal in context, draws the concrete consequences and links it to your business. Every score remains explainable: you can see why an item was retained.
The weekly report
A document ranked by priority — CRITICAL, IMPORTANT, WATCH — written in your language. Each signal carries its date, its source and the direct link to the original.
What Sencoris is not.
Not an aggregator. Nous ne revendons pas des listes de marchés. Not an alert feed. Un email par item n'est pas un renseignement — c'est du bruit déplacé. Not a cloud service. Aucun traitement n'est confié à un tiers.

Week in summary
The week is marked by two distinct movements: an acceleration of market openings in the space segment, and industrial consolidation along the dual-use chain. The former creates short response windows; the latter alters the competitive structure in the medium term.
Priority signals
Tender — orbital observation services for a national competence centre
The contract covers a capability segment previously handled in-house. The response deadline is short given the technical complexity. Few players in the scope combine delivery capacity and the required clearances.
Source: simap.ch ↗Award — GNSS resilience programme, lot “interference detection”
The award confirms the segment's ramp-up. Early indicator: awards of this type generally precede the opening of subcontracting markets by two to three quarters.
Source: ted.europa.eu ↗Consolidation in the dual-use supply chain
Two acquisition deals in the same quarter point to vertical integration in payloads. Direct consequence for independent subcontractors: fewer reachable prime contractors.
Source: spacenews.com ↗Upward revision of the budget allocated to demonstrators
The envelope grows in the propulsion technology segment. Application window announced for the following quarter — to be prepared in advance.
Source: eurospace.org ↗Evolution of the regulatory framework on space data
Open consultation on the conditions for sharing observation data. A subject with delayed but structural impact on future service models.
Source: inside-it.ch ↗Weak signals to monitor
Three items do not reach the priority threshold but show a trajectory worth watching: the emergence of two institutional buyers in an adjacent segment, a budgetary reorientation in an applied research programme, and targeted recruitment by a competitor in an area outside its historical scope.
Sources
All links to primary sources appear under each signal and in the report's appendix. Every statement traces back to its original source.

What this changes concretely.
A service that sends your monitoring scopes, your priorities and your reports to a cloud provider exposes a map of your intentions. For a capability programme in preparation, that information has value. We built the system so that it does not circulate.
Ask your questions about the architecture.
We answer technical and contractual requirements before the demonstration.

Transparent commitment
SIGNAL and INTELLIGENCE can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. SENTINEL has a minimum 3-month commitment. A 6- or 12-month commitment entitles you to a discount. No hidden automatic renewal.
Guaranteed report
If a report does not meet the agreed scope, it is reworked free of charge.
Where are my data hosted and processed?
On our own infrastructure, in Switzerland. There is no customer-hosted version: the entire processing chain is operated by us, without third-party cloud or external API. Your data remain under Swiss jurisdiction and outside the scope of the CLOUD Act.
Is there a minimum commitment?
SIGNAL and INTELLIGENCE can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. The SENTINEL plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment: setting up dedicated infrastructure and the daily cadence justify it. Beyond that, a 6-month commitment earns an 8 % discount and a 12-month commitment two months free.
Why is the SENTINEL plan limited?
It runs on infrastructure we own, in Switzerland — not on an elastic cloud. Adding a profile triggers a full recalibration of the corpus, which occupies the machine for several days. The number of daily cadences is therefore capped. We would rather announce it than discover it midway.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Initial configuration of the profile(s) is included in every plan. No entry fee, no installation cost.
What happens if a report is not suitable?
It is reworked free of charge. If, after recalibration, the system surfaces nothing usable on your scope, we tell you — and the engagement ends.
How is a profile's scope determined?
It is built with you during a scoping exchange. Your domain expertise is shaped into form: weighted keywords, explicit exclusions, trigger threshold. It is not a selection from a generic list.
Is the report available in several languages?
Yes. Each profile has its own reporting language — French, German or English. The language follows the profile, not the plan.
Your scope does not fit any category?
It does not have to. Profiles are built to measure.
